The famed mustang herd in Arizona- the Salt River Mustangs to all be eliminated. Typically, we hear about gathers to remove a portion to keep numbers in check, but this is a zero-out. These are *NOT* BLM protected mustangs- they are managed under the Forest Service- and as a result have no protection once captured.
