Stop a running mate from being sworn in as president since possible charges for treason are against the elected official

I am sure nobody wants any running mate from a person being charged with corruption or possible treason to become the next president, especially when the people did not vote that person in ; And in lieu of possible fixed Elections, it should never be that a person that might be brought to charges on Treason, corruption, and possibly even espionage, to carry out their plans through the person they have selected as a running mate. In essence, it creates possible conflict of interest against the American People. Bottom line, Because of a fixed election, and possible corruption charges against Hillary Clinton, do not allow her in any way or form to choose who our next president shall be.
