This has gone too far. Russia and the Syrian regime can no longer pretend they are doing anything other than killing innocent civilians. We have allowed Russian denials and lies to delay us too long. When bunker busters start hitting underground hospitals (http://www.cnn.com/2016/10/03/middleeast/syria-aleppo/), there is no excuse. There is no pretense. We cannot allow any Russian lies to deny or justify it. Too many red lines have been crossed, too many international laws broken. Bashar al-Asad and Vladimir Putin should be charged with war crimes in the ICC, and the US and its allies should immediately take whatever measures are necessary to prevent the killing of any more civilians.
