Sanctions is not prodactive and dangerous way of international policy. The dialog between the USA and Russia is not established and the only one side can not be guilty. Sanctions couse poor or midle class people are suffering. Also it will make Russian Government to improve political and economical collaboration with China, India and Iran (and it will be supported by citizens) which can not be in long-term interests of the USA or the EU.
