Stop Saudi, Kuwaiti, & other foreign military students from illegally filing for and receiving social security benefits.

For years, wealthy (and some not so wealthy) Saudi, Kuwaiti, UAE, and other foreign military students residing in the US for training have been illegally filing for and receiving social security benefits and even social security cards! As if the loss of treasure is not enough (paid for by Americans when the U.S. is already in dire financial troubles), these social security cards are being used to get more U.S. identification such as DL's. The SSA and State Dept are aware but figure it is the "cost of diplomacy" and the abuse of our system should be allowed in the name of diplomacy and good relations. We cannot afford it financially and we cannot aford it when it comes to national security! The abuse starts/is allowed at lower levels due to incompetence and not understanding the rules.
