Social security benefits should not be available to creditors of defaulted education loans.
If, for whatever reason, someone has defaulted on an education loan-could be the 2nd home in Florida lost 150K during the mortgage fiasco, stagnant wages, lost retirement benefits, etc----and knowing the Republican Congress and President of the previous administration made law denying bankruptcy on education loans---- (even "The Donald" has used bankruptcy); the creditors, (i.e. AES) holding outstanding loans or defaulted loans for education, should no longer, be allowed to access social security benefits, nor should they be allowed to threaten this option.
