Shows that SEC will create a separate exchange for people with networth of $1 million+ to trade small and medium micro-caps companies. This is a terrible idea because it leaves 99% of Americans in cold as not being able to trade those stocks. The SEC Panel already approved the idea but it is now up to board to approve it.
President need to stop it.
