Immediately arrest and charge with High Treason any member of the federal or state governments who attempts to create legislation, through the constitutionally recognized process or through the unconstitutional and illegitimate process now known as Executive Order, which allows for the extrajudicial assassination of US citizens. This includes all branches of the federal government; legislative, executive and judicial in both federal and state levels. This is an act of war on the people of the United States. Reclassifying citizens as "enemy combatant" for the purpose of stripping citizenship and all rights attributed to US citizenship by means of an arbitrary process is recognized by the people as a tyranical behavior associated with the likes of monarchs.
