Stop segregating Americans by having different institutions/college funds/dating sites for different races. As a nation, we should be able to move forward and not backward. Every institution should be able to educate people from any race, College funds should be for all people because yes, "A mind is a terrible thing to waste", regardless of what color the person is. Dating sites, etc need to be able to cater to anyone of any race and within that dating site, if you choose to date/not date someone within your race, you check the little box. We, the American people, are tired of seeing privileges go to one race, but not another based on skin color.
