Stop selective prosecution in the Justice System by redacting and amending bills that are allow cruel punishment.

Created by Z.C. on February 05, 2013

The laws in the US are being too loosely interpreted causing the prosecution the ability to basically "bully" defendants and victims which is destroying their lives. This is against the 8th amendment, cruel and unusual punishment, and it needs to change. There needs to be a redaction done on many of the bills for terms of service for the internet and other loose laws in order to have a proper and just system of law. Examples would be over-sentencing and exploiting the bills by interpreting in a way that benefits the prosecution.
