17,18, 19, and 20, year olds are too young to Drink Alcohol. Our Military leaders have a responsibility to protect our YOUNG Military personnel from themselves . they don't know how to be adults yet, they are teenagers. This young drinking make them less productive. I feel this will save tax dollars through increased efficiency. Maybe even save some lives.
