Saudi Arabia has funded religious schools in Afghanistan and Pakistan to spread an extremist brand of Islam. These religious schools have been used as recruiting centers for groups like ISIL, ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Taliban, Al Nusra Front, and others. These groups constitute a threat to international peace/security as well as posing an immediate danger to Americans at home and overseas. I am asking that the U.S. Congress deny any sales of military weapons to Saudi Arabia as these weapons could (and have in the past) ended up in the hands of terrorists that have used them to kill American soldiers.
