STOP the sending of 470 million dollars in aid to Uganda due to their new Anti-gay laws signed by President Museveni

The recent signing of a new law in Uganda making it illegal to be homesexual is a violation of Human Rights. We the people ask the Obama Administration to withdraw it's aid of 470 million a year to Uganda. Please folliow in Denmark's , Norway's footstep .
