Stop sending aid to countries that hate the United States. (F-16's to Egypt)

The United States should not be supplying military aid to countries that openly hate us, specifically the sending of F-16's to Egypt. We understand that the deal for foreign aid was made with the previous leadership, who was more friendly to the US. However the leadership has changed, these are not the same people we agreed to aid. The current leadership openly shows what it thinks of the US.
"[Obama] was very clear when he uttered his empty words on the land of Egypt. He uttered many lies.” Morsi in response to a speech given by Obama, 2009.
So far 12 F-16's have already been sent, paid for by the US tax payers, along with millions of dollars. 20 were promised, along with 200 Abrams tanks.
We urge the White House to stop supplying military aid to Egypt, or to any country that hates us.
