Stop sending American Tax Dollars to other countries and use it for the people.

Nowhere in the Constitution does it say to give billions of our tax dollars to foreign nations. "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States" It is supposed to be used for debts and the general welfare and defense of the United States.
*Use it on our economy which needs all the help it can get.
