Stop sending funding to different countries when our military has to cut back and able to protect the USA even less

The Govt. needs to stop sending money to other countries for their militaries, When we have people like Mr. Nagel going around this country and saying there is nothing we can do, we have to lay off military and civilian workers around the bases and force furloughs. One, there is funding if we take care of us first. Two, This weakens the ability of the US to protect us if we are supporting other countries with our "limited" funds and not focusing on the "homeland" There is no reason the president should put another nation first. He has the ability to stop the money from flowing in the wrong direction and fix this.
