Every time a budget cut is discussed it is for monies to be taken away from American citizens. If we can't pay our own deficit it makes no sense to funnel money to foreign countries, most of which dispise the US anyway. It does not say "We the people promise to support and police the world" in the Constitution that I am aware. Stop defunding the United States while still giving money away to other counties!
