Stop sending large amounts of American money overseas if we are in such a horrible state with the budget.

If our country is in such financial hardship that there are ongoing difficulties every single year as there have been. Perhaps it is time to start using our resources to improve our own nation's well being instead of focusing on being a big brother to the world and sending billions of dollars to every country that can't take care of themselves.
