As of now the goverment is in so much debt that there is no end in sight for it. All we hear about is reducing social security and medicare to fix the debt issue. If one is to look at the state department website and see how much money is sent overseas to try and buy friends in other nations it is amazing. A majority of this money never even reaches its intended target of helping the people of those nations and instead lines corrupt goverment officials pockets. I think it's time we stop looking over the world and fix our own problems before we completely run this country into the ground.
