We the People did not create the budget deficit and as a DOD employee, we should not bear the burden for the transgressions created by our elected officials! Imposing DOD wide furloughs not only causes severe financial hardships, increased stress levels and anxiety among the dedicated federal civilian workforce, it will also have long term consequences regarding morale, loyalty and devotion to service before self as many civilian employees are becoming very disgruntled due to the impending sequestration.
