Stop Service Members from evading their obligations to their families and creating non-support issues.

As of 30 September 2010, 1,430,895 people were on active duty, with an additional 848,000 people in the seven reserve components. and there is about half of that which are their spouses better known as the "Military Spouse", these are the people on the sidelines, keeping their homes and family together while their husbands serve in Afghanistan or other wars of interest. Now there is barely a home in the country that hasn’t heard their story or been touched by their stoicism and bravery. and there is a rapidly growing issue that most of them face if ever they decide to divorce their sponsors for what ever reason, which is classified as non support, this petition is intended to stop this issue on behalf of the spouses, and so that the Armed forces can put an end to it and do the right thing
