Recently the California supreme court overruled a housing restriction on letting child molesters and other sex offenders reside within 2000 feet of a school or a park. They claim this is unconstitutional. This was a law passed by a majority vote, and convicted felons have recinded their constitutional rights. Our children should not have to give up their right to live without fear of a predator outside their school!
