Stop SEX OFFENDERS from having ANY rights to access children! In the state of Kansas, Sex Offenders are able to register as "PRIVATE". This means that NO ONE will ever know their crime. They have COMPLETE access to daycares, schools & Parks. An offender can father/mother children after committing sex crimes and in some cases are given custody of small children. They do NOT have to let anyone know their horrific crime. In Johnson County Kansas there are several cases involving "PRIVATE" registered sex offenders that are married. The offender's spouse is not aware of any crime until its TOO LATE! Kansas law clearly states that NO SEX OFFENDER shall be near a school, park or daycare. Kansas does NOT ENFORCE this law! America needs to ENFORCE THE LAWS ALREADY IN PLACE TO PROTECT OUR KIDS!
