Then why can't our Government / DOJ
help all victims (Children) past & present of the Catholic Church rape,sexual abuse, torture.
The child molester / rapist found a loophole in the religious system;" become a Priest or a Nun and get away with" rape ,sexual abuse, torture.
Our Government and the people find it hard to believe that Priest & Nun's are capable of such a crime" just ask a survivor or survivors of the Catholic Priest & Nun abuse.
Look past the uniform and you will see thousand's of victim's faces of sexual abuse /Children's faces.
