Shell is planning on drilling oil on the Arctic and the U.S. Government should stop it. The Arctic is the world's air conditioner, but amid global climate change it's warming twice as fast as the rest of the world. In addition, an oil spill would have a catastrophic, long-term impact on the entire Arctic ecosystem. The home of polar bears and other animals are in danger and we should protect it.
What is the US Government plannig to do to protect the Arctic? Why doesn't it stop this?
