Corporations should not be able to create a miniature legal system of their own to enforce their own ideals on people. There is no innocent until proven guilty with this system, there is no legal rights in this system. People are to be forced to pay to show their innocence when randomly accused by a method of identification that is known to be erroneous and shown to be insufficient evidence in a court of law.
They should not be able to force punishments on innocent people! If people don't pay up, the punishment only gets worse when your ISP throttles or disconnects you. In this era of digital devices and interconnectivity we should not be allowing a corporate made entity to dimish our human rights, as the United Nations says internet connectivity is.
