Honorable President Barack Obama:
The International Society for Individual Liberty (ISIL) is a well-established peaceful organization. Their about page (at ISIL.org) says, "Our organization aims to enhance the success of the international freedom movement by facilitating collaboration between the individuals and initiatives that are promoting liberty around the world."
Unfortunately, you have embarked on a one man crusade to rename a group called Islamic State (IS) as ISIL. Almost nobody else has been doing this except yourself and your staff. Most people refer to them as ISIS which stands for "International State In Syria." But they are not isolated to Syria. So please just call them IS.
