The true victims of alcohol , are the millions of people addicted to the alcohol,Alcoholics,that there are out their.Not to mention all of the Domestic Violence Cases that have happened caused by alcohol over the years , and the family problems that causes.YOU made BIG TOBACCO Companies pay, make BIG ALCOHOL Companies PAY too !! If people get DUI's or DWI's it should not be their liscence taken away. It should be the alcohol that is taken from them. I know that in Missouri , we have a bar code on the back of our drivers liscence and photo ID's.Somehow make the bar code have to be scanned any time alcohol is purchased.!!!!
