People employed in the Philippines by companies such as Microsoft are human beings who are being paid and treated like slaves! They make wages ranging from eight to fifteen USD per day and they are verbally abused over the phone each day. This is a modern day form of slavery that, we, the United States allows from our own people. Government does not have the right to enslave, so neither do corporations. This petition is to mandate an outsourcing law that raises foreign wages according to their cost of living. All men are created equal. The distance that separates us does not matter.
