Stop Social Security Administration from denying qualified claims merely because the applicant does not have an attorney

Created by G.C. on March 15, 2012

Make the Social Security Administration stop denying claims from disabled people merely because they are not represented by an attorney. When the same claimant re-applies with the same disability, the same information and the same doctors determination(s), but WITH and attorney, only then is the claim is no longer denied. It is wrong to make people qualified to receive Social Security Disability have to relinquish at least one-third of their benefits to an attorney for attorneys fees for an attorney to re-file the exact same information that Social Security denied when the claimant was not represented by an attorney.
