The US government should not mail social security benefits to individuals who no longer live in our country. Those who come to our country, use our system, benefit from free education, housing, healthcare, medicine, etc.... and then leave should not be allowed to receive benefits and they should be forfeited. It's a good probability that we (USA) don't even have a good way to track deaths for people who move from the US and I would bet we are paying benefits to many dead people today. It's likely that we are mailing Social Security benefits to individuals in countries that hate America. We need to take a hard stand on this issue and award more money to our American senior citizens and none to those who work here for the minimum amount of time, and leave.
