Arizona, among other states, are right to work states; meaning that people can be fitted for not being heterosexual and people, like students, can be fired for asking their boss to not make them work more than what high school students should work during a school week (no more than 20 hours). I believe that this needs to be stopped. It should not be a right to work, most people need to work to live.
