By limiting speeds on all commercial vehicles traffic will back up for miles while multiple slow vehicles try to pass each other. In turn causing longer delays, unsafe driving conditions, wrecks, angry drivers and more Comercial driver's trying to get loads delivered on time by pushing there hours of service and driving fatigued. This will also have an impact on or economy drivers will not be able to deliver as many loads causing freight rates to go up to compensate for loss of revenue.
