We the undersigned kindly ask You, dear Pr. Obama
To stop financing any "democracy assisting" NGO abroad. The will to fight for the human rights, the possibility to see the necessity of the rights should only be in the hands of people in every state on the planet but not to the officials of any other state.
e.g. You promised to american people during Your election camapign that there will be mechanisms to receive the initiatives from the people by the officials. Now look that the initiatives that refer to one of the most tragic events in American history don't get votes and the law which actually just makes it difficult for an NGO in Russia to get the money gets the signatures so fast. It means that american democracy is being manipulated by a NGO. With us it's just the same. Stop them!
