Stop spending on any and all unnecessary programs. The government shouldn't be paying for anything if we're broke.

At a time when we are in so much debt the government should not be paying for any non-essentials. This means no new tanks that the U.S. armed forces doesn't want or need. We beg you to reconsider all (large and small) government funded projects, companies, and organizations.
