Stop spending money on new laws, spend it on posting armed National Guard, already on Gov payroll, at every school.

We spend Billions on enforcing existing laws and passing new ones when the money could be spent on providing full time armed National Guard presence in every school to protect both Students and Teachers. National Guard is already on the Government payrolls so it would simply be alternate deployment. It would encourage new recruitment thereby reducing unemployment and improving the economy. I petition that the President proposes a law allowing armed National Guard in sufficient numbers to cover all access points, in every school in the United States of America.
