stop spending money overseas to solve other peoples problems, and focus all foreign expenditures back into the U.S.

While we dwindle further into debt, we need to find ways to conserve and need to bring our overseas spending back home just like our troops. The tax system has too much cash and the government thinks they are bettering the welfare of society but the society that we, the tax payers care about, are right here in the United States.
