Stop spending money on the rehabilitation of inmates. Give the money to schools to keep them out of jails!

Many people don't know that schools around the country aren't getting all the funding they need. But yet, the funding for rehabilitation in jails are getting full funding...
If we start things like this earlier they're not going to end up on the streets waiting to be picked up and taken to jail.
Why spend time on those who either don't want it or wont be able to do anything with it?
Give the funding to the kids who need and want it!
