1.Cut the departments of energy (need energy), education (not even top 10), commerce (huge trade deficits), NASA (bigger problems), interior (a giveaway except for parks), transportation (highways and bridges failing), labor (government unions), agriculture (giveaway), homeland security (we have DoD) and HUD (our urban centers are a mess) get axed.
2.Cut DoD to pre-9/11 levels.
3.Ban profiteering on healthcare.
4.Fine the banks the rest until housing market comes back.
5. Eliminate the Bush Tax cuts.
6. Increase the top tax to 50% on both income and capital gains.
7. Put teachers & parents back in charge of K-12.
8. Renegotiate trade agreements that balloon trade deficit and export jobs:China.
9. Ban resale of debt.
10.Pass balanced budget amendment.
Follow this to $800 billion surplus.
