Borrowing money to service a debit is akin to opening a credit card with a so-called lower rate to repay a previous debt. This is a shell game and one we can't afford. Our government should be an example for financial issues to teach responsibility. Failing to submit a budget for three years teaches irresponsibility and neglect in ones own job, namely the presidency. The petition demands that the president presents for approval, a budget, as required by law. Further more, as has all past presidents, Mr. Obama shall be bound by the adopted or amended budget or be so impeached immediately and be replaced as the law of the constitution has dictated. Finally, failure to present a budget by October 1st, 2013 shall result in forfeiture of the office of President of United States of America.
