Chemtrails have been sprayed days before we're suppose to get rain and we get very little rain or no rain at all. I do know Southern California and Southern coastal Texas has been getting sprayed because I've been taking pictures and keeping up with the weather forecasts of 50% or more in Texas. Local farmers have lost their crops for 3 years in a row. Cloud seeding silver iodide is used by certain counties in the US to produce rain and if not administered correctly will blow the tops of rainclouds. Contrails do not turn into spidery, cotton candy consistency clouds that hang around for 12 hours or more, chemtrails do. Cloud seeding was used by the govt as weather warfare in Vietnam as you can see in the video: Ben Livingston Father of Weaponized Weather.
