Stop Sprint from charging more as surcharges to individual customers than corporate customers.

Created by M.B. on December 08, 2012

I transferred my cell phone in my name that was in my employer's name as it stopped reimbursing me for it. There is no change in plan only that now it is in an individual's name rather than a corporation. The bill went up approximately $10.00 a month to my surprise due to SURCHARGES that were not there when account was under a corporation's name. I asked Sprint to remove these surcharges but they refused. Apparently not many people have noticed that they are charged more than corporations in fees, taxes and surcharges, as these items are not part of advertised prices. Therefore can not be compared but in the end a consumer is stuck to pay all that is charged (plan price+taxes+fees+surcharge). All charges should be advertised up front. It is only fair.
