Stop spying on American citizens and violating the 4th Amendment of the Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution.

Created by J.J. on June 23, 2013

The U.S. government's illegal NSA spying on innocent American citizens violates the Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution, which is the part of the Bill of Rights and guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, along with requiring any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. It was adopted as a response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, which is a type of general search warrant, in the American Revolution.
