Stop spying on innocent Americans. A secret Verizon court order revealed unconstitutional spying by the NSA

Created by S.U. on June 06, 2013

Since the PATRIOT Act was passed, the civil liberties community has warned that the law could allow for massive government data mining, and for two years, Senators Ron Wyden (D-OR) and Tom Udall (D-NM) have warned that the government has a secret interpretation of the PATRIOT Act to allow far more prying into our personal communications than has been commonly understood.

On June 5, 2013, a secret court order to collect data on every one of Verizon Business' millions of customers was revealed to the media. Obviously, not every Verizon customer was suspected of wrong doing.

The data collection was unconstitutional, yet Senator Feinstein admitted it has been going on for 7 years.

The spying is unconstitutional, it is outrageous and it must end.
