It has come to our attention that the the US National Security Agency has been collecting the phone records of millions of American citizens in secret, and apparently without cause.
This is a clear violation of constitutional law.
We request that you immediately disclose all large-scale spying efforts against US citizens and declare unconstitutional the portions of the USA PATRIOT Act of 2001 used as justification for these actions.
