Stop standard Over Draft Fees. Instead, range the fee's from $5 to $40 depending on the charge made.

I want to stop Banks and other institutions from charging over draft fees that in no way compare to the actual amount charged. Instead of a stand fee, ($28 is what I currently pay) range the fee, from $5 to $40. If the charge was under $5, a $5 fee will be assessed. Over $5 and under $40 overdraft fee will match charge, and over $40 will be a overdraft fee of $40.
The working class are the people who are subject to over drafting their accounts. They need help, not to be over charged when already struggling. This will help, our very poor, get on their feet and stay there. Too many have experienced the crippling effect of fee after fee. Makes it so hard to get a head in life. Stop the Standard overdraft fees.
