When a man meets a woman who is married but her husband has left years prior with whereabouts unknown and you have a child with that woman, the State of Montana has a law under MCA 40 that demands the absent husband be put on the birth certificate as the father of that child thereby denying the biological father the right of his own flesh and blood, this is falsification of state records, also the state of Montana denies the biological father the right to prove it with DNA.
Fatherhood is the utmost and no government should have the right to deny this.
