Please keep the state of NC from declaring adults incompetent without following the correct procedures in doing so. I have been told that many people are not given the chance to learn how to do something or to get the training to prove their abilities! I have met people in mental facilities who appear to be very competent! Please investigate this to be sure that this state is declaring people incompetent ONLY if they TRULY ARE incompetent!!
