Stop State Sanction Kidnappings Within The Department of Human Services Child Welfare Programs Nationwide

My child was unlawfully seized due to the arbitrary and caprious actions of overzealous caseworkers whom should be better trained in discerning child abuse. The Department of Human Services/Child Welfare of Lane County, Oregon, had kidnapped my daughter at the age of 2 1/2 months and I haven't pysically held her since she was 7 1/2 months old, and she will be 4 years old. Now, after three had years of fighting for our rights, I had WON the termination of my parental rights trial. Out of six allegations they could Not prove one, w/clear and convincing evidence. I thought the battle was over. The TPR trial was october /2013, and still haven't got the custody of my child, because they are defrauding the federal funding monies which comes from the peoples social security Title IV ecetera
