1. The DEA is engaged in an all out assault on the supply of narcotic analgesics.
2. The DEA is allowed to overstep their bounds by excessively reducing supply of these medications; therefore denying treatment to chronic pain patients.
3. We are responsible patients who may need a treatment plan including narcotic analgesics.
4. We are responsible physicians who ensure full compliance with a responsible treatment plan that includes these medications.
5. We are responsible pharmacies who fill prescriptions for responsible patients written by responsible physicians.
We the people petition our governement to find another way to stop criminals without allowing the DEA to cause the suffering of chronic pain patients.
